I'm personally very fond of the Dultmeier home.  I own one and would recommend Chuck Dultmeier and his crew to anyone.  You don't have to take a construction loan as Chuck finances until closing.  The latest Dultmeier project is Lauren's Bay Estates just off 53rd and Vorse Rd.  Dultmeier Homes Website
