JC works with TRUSTED lenders and is extremely knowledgable about 1st time buyer programs, FHA and VA loans, conventional mortgages, and new construction. As a Transaction Broker (TB), JC will never ask you to sign an exclusive buyer agency agreement. If for some reason, you become dissatisfied with my service, you can walk away. Many Realtors sign you then stop working for you or will only show you their exclusive Realtor or company listings as if those are the only homes on the market. You will always be dealing with JC and not a Realtor assistant. And JC will always have your best interests in mind.
